About the team

Join our team focused on regulatory workflow, where we tackle everything from managing chemical properties to creating product formulations and safety documentation. You'll be part of a small, close-knit group specializing in toxicology and ecotoxicology within a larger team of twelve, working closely with our colleagues at Henkel Germany. We value diversity and teamwork, having successfully completed 15 improvement projects last year. Currently, we're exploring the use of AI for data extraction. Your role

  • Cooperates with Toxicology expert team
  • Executes Toxicological hazard assessments and expert judgements, including: Searches for available hazard information in internal and external databases
  • Applies quality criteria to assess validity of information
  • Decides on hazard profile for substances
  • Documents result of hazard assessment in internal databases and/or answers to customers
  • Clarifies missing or unclear data with data owners, communicates with related departments
  • Acts as first point of contact for process related topics, responsible for knowledge sharing
  • Responsible for solving process related issues
  • Responsible for creation/update of process documentation
  • Participation in projects, responsible for process optimization/harmonization

Your skills

  • Master’s Degree in field of Chemistry or comparable background
  • Previous work experience and/or background in Toxicology
  • Fluency in English language
  • Willingness to work with numbers and data, concentrate on details
  • Independent, able to problem-solve, high
