About the team

The Finance team takes care of the full range of financial topics in areas of Controlling, General Accounting and Order to Cash. Together with our colleagues from Global Business Solutions we fulfill the roles of business partners for the whole company. We make sure that finance Corporate Standards are implemented and followed. Key focus is put on efficient end-2-end processes and structures. Through continuous learning opportunities we strive to be a digitally skilled and agile team.

Your role

  • Operate the day-to-day credit management function ensuring proactive risk avoidance
  • Perform regular monitoring, analysis and follow up of credit limits and risk categories
  • Manage and coordinate finance statements, business activity reports, forecasts, annual budgets and analysis
  • Identify areas of risks and opportunities, determine root cause for performance deviations, offer insights and decision support, propose actions and solutions to improve overall profitability and risk management
  • Support Controlling and Credit Management related projects on local and European level
  • Ensure governance & compliance with internal and external audit guidelines and processes
  • Take initiatives on digitalization and automation to further increase data transparency, improve data analytics and support business decisions
  • Act as a role model to drive agility, resilience, collaboration and digitalization

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • A minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling / Credit Management
  • Profound business understanding of financial statements and financial processes
  • Excellent presentation skills, attention to details and analytical capabilities
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense and ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to develop value-added solutions and steer continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence commercial and finance partners with negotiation and conflict resolving skills
  • Firm knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel and PPT), Power BI and SAP ERP / S4 HANA
  • Fluent in English and Slovak, Hungarian language is considered as an advantage
  • Open-minded, flexible and pro-active with a team player mentality
