Your role
- Supporting Global Purchasing Organization in initiatives related to the increase of efficiency and transparency (General ledger accounts management & Purchase Order gatekeeping)
- Managing order processing activities (tracking orders and their correct creation, collecting and comparing conditions to globally set up rules)
- Communication with local colleagues from various countries in case of errors, discrepancies or problems and resolving queries
- Producing daily situation reports and processing of ad hoc requests
- Constantly striving to improve the processes
Your skills
- High school education
- Knowledge of English language on an active level is a MUST, any other language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to find solutions for new or enhanced processes
- Strong communication skills; high service approach with the ability to work in an international team
- Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details and analytical skills
