Your role

Manage global projects in area of Source to Pay with focus on Purchasing of Indirect Materials and Services from beginning to end
Responsible for analysis of processes, identification of optimization opportunities
Development of designs as basis for IT related system improvements
Proactively identify and solve project risks
Define areas for testing and conduct tests of new system and process solutions
Monitor and control the project execution in line with the project plan
Design of training material and conduction of trainings
Status reporting of your projects in front of team and management on a national and international basis

Your skills

Fluent English language (written and spoken) is a must
Experience with project management or in process improvements
Strong communication skills
Experience with SAP system is an advantage
MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge intermediate or advanced
Strong analytical skills
Team player
Target oriented
