Your role

  • Planning and scheduling of European transports at minimal costs considering business and legal rules as well as capacity utilization
  • Carrier assignments and follow-up
  • Ensuring communication to local transport coordinator during planning process
  • Follow-up with carrier in case of non-closed Proof of Deliveries (POD)
  • Reviewing and proposing of improvements on transport planning scope
  • Cooperating with other departments to ensure the quality of master data and customer satisfaction
  • Every day new challenges and career development

Your skills

  • University degree with relevant background
  • Experience in the area of transport planning, logistics, freight forwarding would be an advantage
  • Active level of English language
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel would be an advantage
  • Reliable, communicative, positive, quick learner with attention to detail, analytical thinking and good problem solving ability
  • Motivated team player, willing to learn and continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of transport planning
