Your role

Registration of new suppliers in the eSourcing tool
Checking and validating of information about existing suppliers
Cooperation & communication with suppliers to gather necessary information mainly via email, but sometimes also via phone
Ad hoc reporting to partners, internal teams & corporate purchasing organization in our headquarters

Your skills

University student in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year preferably in a related field to Purchasing / Management
Fluent level of ENGLISH language is required
Communication skills and high service orientation
Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details, technical and analytical thinking
Good time management & flexibility
