Your role

Resolving requests from suppliers and local colleagues about deviations of invoices or credit notes & country specifics such as customs declarations, agents and withholding tax invoices
Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (Italy, San Marino) in case of errors, missing data or problems
Posting of 3rd party invoices, taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment
Reconciliation activities and handling ad hoc requests, vendor calls, emails and dunning letters

Your skills

At least an intermediate level of English and Italian language
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
Communication skills, a high service orientation, ability to prioritize
Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details, good analytical skills
