Your role
- Resolving requests from suppliers and local colleagues about deviations of invoices or credit notes & country specifics such as customs declarations, agents and withholding tax invoices
- Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (Italy, San Marino) in case of errors, missing data or problems
- Posting of 3rd party invoices, taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment
- Reconciliation activities and handling ad hoc requests, vendor calls, emails and dunning letters
Your skills
- At least an intermediate level of English and Italian language
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills, a high service orientation, ability to prioritize
- Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details, good analytical skills
