Invoicing Specialist with Italian language (m/f)

Your role
- Posting of 3rd party invoices, taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment
- Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (Italy, San Marino) in case of errors, missing data or problems
- Resolving queries in regards to value-deviations of invoices or credit notes & country specifics such as customs declarations, agents and withholding tax invoices
- Taking care of standard procedures and constantly striving to improve the processes
- Performing system quality checks, reconciliation activities and handling ad hoc requests, vendor calls, emails and dunning letters
Your skills
- Active knowledge of Italian language and at least an intermediate level of English language
- 1-3 years of previous administration experience gained in international environment or on a similar position
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills, a high service orientation, ability to prioritize
- Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details, good analytical skills and interest to work in an international team and constantly improve processes
