Your role

  • Posting of 3rd party invoices, taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment
  • Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (Italy, San Marino) in case of errors, missing data or problems
  • Resolving queries in regards to value-deviations of invoices or credit notes & country specifics such as customs declarations, agents and withholding tax invoices
  • Taking care of standard procedures and constantly striving to improve the processes
  • Performing system quality checks, reconciliation activities and handling ad hoc requests, vendor calls, emails and dunning letters

Your skills

  • Active knowledge of Italian language and at least an intermediate level of English language
  • 1-3 years of previous administration experience gained in international environment or on a similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
  • Communication skills, a high service orientation, ability to prioritize
  • Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details, good analytical skills and interest to work in an international team and constantly improve processes
