Vaša úloha
- Analyze existing processes and create optimized or enhanced solutions for SAP HCM
- Design, configure, document and test business solution in SAP HCM modules
- Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of solutions, support for development of business possibilities
- Working in Global environment
- Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team
- Reach and realize project aims and outputs
Vaše zručnosti
- At least 3 years of experience as IT consultant or developer in SAP HCM environment
- Expert SAP experience across several SAP HCM modules (PA, Payroll, Time Management, Travel Management)
- SAP Fiori experience is an advantage
- Hands on experience in SAP configuration and functional analyst skills
- Highly motivated, proactive and innovative people with strong analytical skills and good team player
- Excellent verbal and written English language and German language is an advantage
