Your role

  • Interface function between Supply Chain teams and AI Business to improve the service to our customers in Europe.
  • Status reporting and follow up of Supply Chain KPIs in front of sales country leads.
  • Definition and execution of potential improvement measures in cooperation with supply chain and sales.
  • Binding point in coordinating the execution of service plans or general initiatives to improve service level through all parts of the organization in Europe (Sales, Customer Service, Logistic Execution, Supply Chain Planning).
  • Accountability for the further roll-out of Service Strategy to countries not yet on-boarded (project planning and monitoring, collaboration with local Sales and CS teams, customer communication, KPI implementation).

Your skills

  • Very good analytical, interpersonal collaboration & time management skills.
  • Fluent in English, further languages are beneficial.
  • Very good communication skills within all levels of Henkel and our customers.
  • High level of flexibility, endurance as well as being able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in an international and culturally diverse environment.
  • Willingness to travel through Europe .
  • Ability to cope with pressure and to make timely informed decisions.
  • Work experience within Supply Chain and / or Customer Service beneficial.
