Your role

Analyzing regular costs bookings including freight cost
Preparation of reports related to frame orders, investigation of issues & definition of corrective actions
Ensuring integrity and accuracy of intercompany rates including maintenance of data and it’s demand management
Monitoring and ensuring proper data transfers between individual SAP systems & other tools, analyzing issues
Interfacing and communicating with Global & Local Logistics controllers in Henkel affiliated companies across greater Europe
Project support during implementation of new processes, ad hoc analysis and reporting activities
Driving continuous improvement of service and process performance as well as support improvements through identification of best practice, harmonization and knowledge management

Your skills

University degree in Economics, Finance or Logistics area
Min. 3 years of experience in Controlling, Logistics or Supply Chain area
Fluent level of English language, German is an advantage
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Small project management experience is an advantage
Proactive approach, able to work individually
Flexibility and adaptability to changes
Accuracy and attention to details
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
SAP + BI/ XL-Cube knowledge
