In our Shared Service Center in Bratislava, Order to Cash (OTC) department, we support Sales and Customer Services in Western Europe for all Henkel divisions. We are responsible for one part of customer s account management including processing customer requests,complaints , invoicing, credit and debit note management. What we offer

  • Execution of customer s account management – especially the process connected to deductions and disputes
  • Overview of customer s accounts – credit and debit notes management
  • Daily communication in German/English language with native speakers
  • Pricing and logistic discrepancies investigation
  • Reporting, invoicing, billing
  • Supporting requests of customers, local partners and other departments
  • Participating, proposing and contributing to process improvements


Who we are looking for

  • Secondary education with focus on finance and/or at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Active knowledge of German and at least an intermediate level of English language is required
  • Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, able to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to prioritize and energy, drive and determination to succeed
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, willingness to work with numbers
