Your role

Proactively steer continuous improvement of the global recruitment process
Coordinate global projects from concept until implementation in the Shared Service Organization worldwide
Synchronize current Recruitment process with HR projects globally
Cooperate with global and regional Recruitment and Employer branding teams, as well as maintain close collaboration with IT department
Monitor, report and analyze recruitment data

Your skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally within international corporation
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Profound knowledge of Recruitment process, strategies and applications, mainly Applicant Tracking Systems
Well developed and highly effective organizational and communication skills
Project management and process improvement skills
Ability to manage overall context and detail orientation
