Your role

  • Proactively steer continuous improvement of the global recruitment process
  • Coordinate global projects from concept until implementation in the Shared Service Organization worldwide
  • Synchronize current Recruitment process with HR projects globally
  • Cooperate with global and regional Recruitment and Employer branding teams, as well as maintain close collaboration with IT department
  • Monitor, report and analyze recruitment data

Your skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally within international corporation
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Profound knowledge of Recruitment process, strategies and applications, mainly Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Well developed and highly effective organizational and communication skills
  • Project management and process improvement skills
  • Ability to manage overall context and detail orientation
