VAT team and Proof of Delivery team in the General Accounting / Finance Tax Group department in the Henkel Shared Service Center has from its establishment taken over many responsibilities in the area of European VAT compliance. Performing these tasks, the team is actively contributing to the success of Henkel's Global Tax Organization. Take your chance and become a part of a dynamic team!

What we offer

  • Performing administrative services for Henkel affiliated companies
  • Checking and collecting transport documents (proof of delivery) concerning arrival of goods from Germany to other EU member states
  • Communication with the Finance tax team in Dusseldorf, Customer service and IT in order to ensure a smooth process
  • Identification of gaps in the existing process and active approach in solving them
  • Support in VAT audits, ad hoc requests regarding VAT compliance
Who we are looking for

  • Secondary education, preferably Business Academy or current university student (field of study Business, Economy, Finance)
  • English language on an active level
  • German language is an advantage
  • Advanced level of MS Excel
  • Attention to details
  • Proactive approach
  • Should like administration and work with numbers
