The Project Management Office runs and supports a variety of projects as well as internal organizational activities in the Shared Service Center (SSC) Bratislava. The projects range from small migrations of positions to Bratislava and internal SSC projects up to cross-border initiatives and global SSC projects together with our other SSC locations. Furthermore, we are the supporting unit to our Head of the Shared Service Center and support with several ad hoc and recurring organizational tasks. We share best practices, find synergies and help to document processes that are being executed.

Who we are looking for

  • Min. 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in a Shared Service Center
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of independence, initiative and passion
  • A person with structured and out-of-the-box thinking, accuracy and attention to details
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
