What we offer

  • Ensuring sales orders are entered into the system on time for all entry channels
  • Daily cooperation with colleagues, native speakers from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country (Spain)
  • Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
  • Participation in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area
  • Supporting requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
  • Proposing updates to process documentation / enhancement
Who we are looking for

  • Active knowledge of Spanish and Intermediate level of English language is required (verbal and written)
  • Customer orientation, performance motivation
  • A self-starter who takes initiative
  • Can work independently and also within the team
  • Energy, drive and determination to succeed
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be versatile and adaptable to changes
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
