As a key contact to the consumer, the Customer Service of Henkel Business Units carries out the responsibility for order entry, goods availability monitoring and return order entry. In addition, Customer Service is in charge of pricing master data accuracy.

What we offer

  • Ensuring sales orders are entered into the system on time for all entry channels
  • Daily cooperation with colleagues, native speakers from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country
  • Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
  • Participation in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area
  • Supporting requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
  • Proposing updates to process documentation / enhancement

Who we are looking for

  • Active knowledge of English language is required
  • Customer orientation, performance motivation
  • A self-starter who takes initiative
  • Can work independently and also within the team
  • Attention to detail, sense of accountability and flexibility
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
