Your role

Monitoring and tracking of different technical documentation needed for subcontractors in order to ensure timely and qualitative production
Creation, maintenance, tracking and update of electronic folders in a specialized system (E-folders) for Henkel subcontractors
Continuous contact with technical coordinators in order to ensure best quality service
Collection of data from different sources and their appropriate allocation depending on product groups
Communication with other departments (Master data, Purchasing)
Other supportive tasks connected with data tracking & process optimization

Your skills

Higher education or university degree (Economical or Technical background)
Similar experience (data tracking, master data maintenance, technical documentation handling) is an advantage
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Active knowledge of English language
Good technical, self-organizational and communication skills, discipline in fulfilling deadlines
Good MS Excel skills
Attention to details, accountability for performed tasks
SAP knowledge would be an advantage (MM or SD module)
Motivated person & team player
