Your role
- Ensuring sales orders are entered into the system on time for all entry channels
- Daily cooperation with colleagues, native speakers from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country (France)
- Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
- Participation in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area
- Supporting requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
- Proposing updates to process documentation / enhancement

- Communicative level of French and English language is required
- Customer orientation, performance motivation
