Your role

The Junior Trademark Paralegal (Trademark Specialist) will be responsible for trademark searches, routine trademark applications, monitoring, renewing and safeguarding data in the in-house database
Conduct clearance searches and monitor trademarks in pertinent online-tools, communicate with local trademark experts and trademark offices and enter data in the local in-house database
Receiving & Financial Control of incoming invoices for legal services.
Communicate directly with the Henkel Trademark Department in Düsseldorf and cooperate with the dedicated in-house Trademark Teams

Your skills

English language on an active level and basic knowledge of German language is very welcome
Detail-oriented person who is willing to work swiftly and has structured working approach
PC knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet)
Experience in the field of Trademark administration desirable; legal education is welcome, but not necessary
Communicative, flexible, open-minded personality
Self-reliant and outstanding team-player
