Your role

Proactive contacting of customers on open Accounts Receivables via reminder letters, collection calls
Answering incoming inquiries on customer account status from customers and sales
Processing of customer incoming payments
Credit risk assessment of new and existing customers
Order release activities
Cooperation with Customer Services and local Sales team across all businesses

Your skills

Secondary education with leaving examination, university degree is welcome
Economic background is an advantage
Greek language proficiency is a MUST, English language on a communicative level
Customer orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focus on detail, analytical skills, determination to succeed
Active team player with energy and drive
