Your role

  • Support of our internal system for ordering Indirect Materials & Services (IMS)
  • Coordination of the role-out of our system in European countries, especially Central Eastern European Countries in the upcoming years
  • Focusing on a global standardization of the tool and the ordering process for IMS and coordinating all involved parties (IT, Purchasing, Finance)
  • Documentation and reporting of the status and progress
  • Guiding and training end users of the system via online tools and phone
  • Perform system quality checks and testings
  • Maintain e-catalogues and make settings in our online ordering system

Your skills

  • University education preferably in a field related to purchasing/management
  • Knowledge of German language on active level is a MUST
  • English skills required at least on intermediate level
  • Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Good PC skills & MS Excel knowledge are required, SAP is an advantage
  • Technical thinking and ability to find solutions for new or enhanced processes
  • Communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
  • Interest to work in an international team and constantly improve processes
