Your role

Utilizing correctly & compliantly all relevant technologies associated with the work stream
Excellent Level 3 problem & incident analysis, aiding quick end to end user solution
Specific technical request assessments, providing end to end user request satisfaction
Correct management and updating of all incident handling systems
Ensuring that proper ‘pre’ and ‘post’ testing is carried out for incidents, projects and rollouts
Ensuring correct technical standards as per defined SLA’s are met by the service providers
Carrying out necessary escalations to meet acceptable response times
Participating in assigned workplace projects and associated project meetings
Ensuring all communications, internal or external, happen through agreed channels

Your skills

University degree in IT
3-5 years experience in Service Management, End User Security Management and Provider Management
Knowledge of ITIL framework is preferable
Knowledge of contemporary desktop computing technology, including Windows, various hardware and software applications (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes), good network skills
Active level of English language
Excellent in communication and flexible to work in dynamic environment across EIMEA in a virtual team effectively
Strong in keeping deadlines and complying with guidelines
