Your role

Local IT department in Bratislava is looking for an additional external employee to support them on the time-framed project
Helpdesk support and troubleshooting - 2nd level support
Support for computer hardware and any authorized desktop software
Replacement of hardware and preparation of new PCs/notebooks for new users including troubleshooting basic end-user issues on various software applications, hardware, network and telecommunications systems and provide basic desktop support

Your skills

Experienced in computer operations, Help Desk support and Troubleshooting
Knowledge of contemporary desktop computing technology, including Windows, various hardware and software applications (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes), good network skills
Active level of English and Slovak language
Excellent in communication and flexible to work in an intercultural environment
Open minded with the capability to work flexibly within a team
Strong in keeping deadlines and complying with guidelines
