Your role

  • Ensuring sales orders are entered into the system on time for all entry channels
  • Daily cooperation with colleagues, native speakers from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country (Italy)
  • Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
  • Participation in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area
  • Supporting requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
  • Proposing updates to process documentation / enhancement

  • Active knowledge of Italian and English language is required
