Your role

Processing of self-invoicing invoices
On-boarding of self-invoicing suppliers
Administration of price corrections in self-invoicing tool
Communication with local colleagues from Henkel Spain and Henkel Portugal in case of any clarification regarding invoice differences is needed
Vendor calls and dunning letters handling
Reconciliation activities
Handling ad hoc requests

Your skills

University education, preferably in a field related to finance
Knowledge of Spanish language on an active level is a MUST and English language at least on an intermediate level is required
Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office is nice to have, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Communication skills and a high service orientation
Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
Interest to constantly improve processes
