Your role

  • Processing of self-invoicing invoices
  • On-boarding of self-invoicing suppliers
  • Administration of price corrections in self-invoicing tool
  • Communication with local colleagues from Henkel Spain and Henkel Portugal in case of any clarification regarding invoice differences is needed
  • Vendor calls and dunning letters handling
  • Reconciliation activities
  • Handling ad hoc requests

Your skills

  • University education, preferably in a field related to finance
  • Knowledge of Spanish language on an active level is a MUST and English language at least on an intermediate level is required
  • Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is nice to have, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
  • Interest to constantly improve processes
