The Henkel Innovation Support Team based in the Shared Service Center (SSC) Bratislava acts as an internal service provider for the Henkel Marketing and Innovation Steering Units by providing internal clients in International, Regional and Local Marketing and R&D with project management services related to the innovation pipeline of their brands.

What we offer

  • Supporting international, regional and local brand managers in coordinating the product innovation process, including country Artwork Coordination
  • Working closely with all stakeholders involved in the innovation process
  • Responsibility for keeping track of the timing, reminding stakeholders to deliver their input, validating inputs, and escalating to the international brand manager whenever required


Who we are looking for

  • University or College education in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Management
  • Active level of English language
  • At least 1 year of previous working experience within commercial activities
  • Advanced level of MS Office
  • Organization skills
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, energetic and driving attitude
  • Marketing innovation process understanding is an advantage
