Your role

Extensive training in performance management software – Tagetik (www.tagetik.com). Henkel is using this software for mid-term planning, annual planning, monthly budgeting and forecasting globally for all business units. You will become a key-user of this tool
You will be responsible for Regular and Ad-Hoc database loads and Adjusting Tagetik structure for different planning and forecasting cycles
You will also set up various reports for end users in Excel interface
You will be responsible for providing assistance to Henkel’s affiliated companies for planning and forecasting related topics
You will provide the technical support and user administration
Moreover you will ensure overall quality of cross Business units / Functions planning data in cooperation with our Headquarter

Your skills

College education with an emphasis in Economics, Finance or similar subjects
Advanced level in English (fluent in oral and written form) is a MUST
Profound knowledge of MS Office
Accuracy and attention to details, reliability, ability to work under pressure
Energy, drive and determination to succeed
Excellent analytical skills, affinity toward figures
