Your role

Responsibility for transport costs calculation, transforming data into an internal tool - compatible form in MS Excel
Support of transactional activities for Purchasing Logistics, maintenance of transport tariffs
Internal communication with Henkel affiliates, trouble shooting, requesting missing data
Resolving queries in regards to value deviations of invoices or credit notes
Performance of system quality checks
Supporting global Purchasing Organization in initiatives related to increasing efficiency and compliance

Your skills

University education preferably in a related field to purchasing/logistics
Knowledge of English language on an active level is required
German or other language knowledge (Russian, Spanish or Italian) is an advantage
Previous administration/logistics experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Excel is required, technical orientation and other PC skills, SAP and Oracle, are very welcome
Communication skills and a high service orientation
Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
Interest to constantly improve processes
