Your role

Communication with Brand Managers, design agencies and Henkel suppliers
Updating budgets, maintanance of the Budget Tool
Creation of marketing orders via SAP
Collecting approvals for rebookings, requesting rebookings
Requesting invoices from suppliers

Your skills

Student or graduate of University in Business Administration or Economical area
Active level of English (verbal and written) is a MUST
Advanced level of MS Excel and SAP skills are welcomed
Accuracy and attention to detail
Communication and interpersonal skills – customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels
