Your role

  • A great career opportunity in an international department operating a state of the art planning infrastructure in an end to end supply chain setup
  • A role with operational, conceptual and strategic tasks in an international environment
  • Managing the daily tasks in the SSC team regarding Supply Planning execution in order to ensure optimal service level towards markets while balancing available supply capabilities
  • Managing operational teams and supporting team leads to fulfill the operational tasks
  • Acting as a key contact for the European management in order to support the implementation of KPIs, conducting performance reviews and driving improvement projects
  • Escalations and issue handling as the main contact person for operational exceptions and disturbances (including escalation and conflict management)
  • Contributing to the strategic direction for continuous improvement of SSC Supply Planning Team and interfaces towards country organizations, production sites and material management
  • Cooperation with other business and functional departments (purchasing, finance, customer service, master data, etc.)

Your skills

  • Higher education or University degree with relevant background
  • Min. 5 years of experience in the area of Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance, Project Management, or IT in a fast paced environment (Fast Moving Consumer Goods preferred)
  • Active level of English language (written & spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Very good leadership skills (able not only to manage but also inspire and guide the team members)
  • Reliable, communicative, positive quick learner, who is able to plan and keep the deadlines
  • Motivated team player, willing to learn & continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of Supply Planning with the ability to organize others
  • Experience in target oriented work and willingness in facing top management roles
  • Previous experience in people management (2-3 years) gained in an international environment
