Your role

Preparation and setting up of e-tenders & e-auctions within Henkel eSourcing tool
Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the sourcing event
Providing tool and process training to internal stakeholders and colleagues
Preparation of reports on e-sourcing activities
Generating weekly and monthly eSourcing reports
Answering questions related to reports and KPIs from Purchasing community and Purchasing leadership
Reviewing the current eSourcing reporting and improving the data consistencies and structuring

Your skills

Fluent English is required and any other language is very welcome
1-2 years of experience in e-sourcing, reporting or similar position, preferably in an SSC set up
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking, ability to understand the process environment, to search and implement solutions for future improvements
Interest in work with data, data structures and figures
Adaptable to changes and stress resistant with pro-active approach and determination to succeed
