Your role

Creation and update of electronic folders in specialized system (eFolders) for Henkel contract manufacturers
Creation of tracking files, reports, support of improvement projects related to eFolders area
Collection and tracking of various documents which are needed for contract manufacturers in order to ensure timely and qualitative production, BOM (Bill of Materials) creation
Communication with technical coordinators, R&D, Planning as well as other departments to ensure the integrity of the manufacturing process
Master data obsolete management – clearance of system data and trigger of other departments
Other supportive tasks connected with data maintenance & process optimization

Your skills

Higher education or university degree (economics or technical background)
Experience in data tracking, report creation, project management (production or planning is an advantage)
Active level of English
MS Office knowledge
MS Excel knowledge on advanced level needed
SAP experience (MM) is an advantage
Detail oriented person with good self-organizational and communication skills
Team player with proactive approach
