Your role
- Execution of the process connected with Customer Service Support activities
- Claims Management
- Credit/debit note management
- Support requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
- Invoicing/Billing
- Propose/Contribute on process updates documentation/enhancement
- Cooperation & support of other departments and local Henkel offices
- Participate in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area
Your skills
- Active knowledge of Italian language at least intermediate - communication level of ENGLISH language
- Customer orientation, performance motivation
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Can work independently and also within the team
