Your role
- Processing of supplier´s invoices
- Investigation in case of discrepancies by contacting either suppliers or local stakeholders
- Daily communication with local Process manager
- Active handling of vendor issues via email or phone
- Ensuring the smoothness of the invoice journey until payment
- Responsibility for account reconciliation of sensitive suppliers
- Full ownership of the coverred field
- Opportunity to also gain experience in purchasing area
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to purchasing/finance
- Knowledge of English language on active level is a MUST
- Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Position is suitable also for graduates
