Your role

Great opportunity to learn about the processes in the area of Customer Service
Interaction with Customer Services in Great Britain and Benelux in order to solve queries
Timely & accurate processing of customer master data & pricing requests in SAP system
Quality check and maintenance of data in SAP
Teamwork & Cooperation with all interfaces within SSC and local Henkel offices
Support of continuous improvement initiatives and projects
