Your role
- Master Data Management in alignment with the sales organization
- Manual Order Entry (simple Fax and e-mail orders)
- Ensure sales orders are entered on time for all entry channels
- EDI monitoring management (Solve daily EDI integration issues)
- Invoicing/Billing
- Rebates and Commissions credit/debit note management
- Claims Management (Initiated by Front Office or Finance e.g. deductions)
- Participate in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area
- Support requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
- Propose / Contribute updates to L5 process documentation / enhancement
Your skills
- Active knowledge of German and English language is a MUST
- Customer orientation, performance motivation
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Can work independently and also within the team
- Energy, drive and determination to succeed
- Accuracy and attention to detail
