Your role

  • Project activities across the source-to-pay process with the focus on reporting and automation activity especially for e-invoicing, self-invoicing and EDI
  • System enhancements and process improvements
  • Creation of new transactions, reports, leading discussions with global owners about these changes, communicating and coordinating IT efforts, testing new functionalities
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports and analyses needed for decision making of global process owners and/or purchasing community
  • Support and cooperation on harmonization initiatives and migration projects
  • Guiding and training end users via online tools training sessions and phone
  • Support the tracking of project activities and progress across different project teams

Your skills

  • University education preferably in a related field to finance/ purchasing
  • Knowledge of English language on active level is a MUST, intermediate level of German or another language would be very welcome
  • Previous experience in process set-up from technical point of view (1- 3 years) gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills in general, MS Excel on a good level are required, SAP and database knowledge is an advantage
  • Technical thinking and the ability to find solutions for new or enhanced processes
  • Communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in an international team
