Your role

Check of scheduled actions in the collection tool
Mass processing for the collection letters and faxes, processing of collection phone calls
Check and work on end customer, customers service, sales team and credit management inquiries related to open A/R positions
Accounts Receivables maintenance on customer accounts
Account Receivable corresponding reporting

Your skills

University degree in eligible field or Business Academy education
French language on excellent level is a MUST, English on intermediate level is an advantage
Background in accounting/invoices/analyses is welcome
Excellent communication skills, target and detail oriented person with problem solving skills
Team player, flexible and customer oriented person
