Your role

Project activities across the source-to-pay process with the focus on support and execution of different kinds of projects
Responsibility for overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
Constant monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Organization and coordination of daily activities and workload distribution across the project team
Staff planning together with the manager
Coaching and training of team members
Proposing steps for further development of team members
Proposing further improvements for process optimization

Your skills

University education preferably in a field related to finance/purchasing/management
Knowledge of English language on active level is a MUST, other language on intermediate level is very welcome
Previous experience in people management (1-2 years) gained in an international environment is an advantage
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management, techniques and tools
Direct work experience in project management and change management
Excellent PC skills, advanced level of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel are required, SAP and database knowledge is an advantage
Communication skills and a high service orientation
Interest to constantly improve processes
