Your role
- Providing clerical support to the sales department
- Responsibility for creating sales and expense reports, turnover and competitive reporting, budgeting
- Organizing meetings and calendar scheduling
- Maintaining close relationships with customers and the sales team
- Processing of customer orders
Your skills
- University degree, preferably with Business/Economics background
- Knowledge of English language on active level is a MUST
- Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills and good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details
- Driving licence
