Your role

Implementing Global HR strategy and policies
Providing advice and counsel to managers/employees on various matters related to internal HR systems and processes (Learning & Development, Organisational Design and Employee/Employer Relations) and recommending solutions
Strengthening and empowering close cooperation and partnership with HR SSC team responsible for diverse HR processes
Ensuring business and legal compliance
Ensuring good knowledge of all labor law issues within the HR team and ensuring that professional advice is provided to both managers and employees
Responsible for compensation structure, respective payroll and talent management processes
Succession Planning/Rotation possibilities: planning of individual career paths and development with close cooperation with the management

Your skills

University degree
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as HR Manager or Senior HR BP, preferably in a Shared Service Centre operating company
Leadership experience
Excellent command of English language
Active knowledge of Labour law and Slovak legislation
Very good communication skills and ability to network
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Team player with a high energy level and determination to achieve
Proactive, self-motivated person
Flexible, detail-oriented person with skill to prioritize, organize and time management
