Your role

Develop regionally aligned go-to-market initiatives for consumer and craftsmen segments
Responsibility for regional brand management and portfolio steering
Support country execution based on local customer/market needs
Actively manage the product portfolio actively including innovation, re-launch and extension of products
Develop regional BTL communication campaigns incl. digital + social media communication
Monitor and analyze monthly performance and initiate appropriate actions
Detect new market opportunities and develop initiatives
Follow up on processes and reporting accordingly
Full responsibility for P&L results

Your skills

More than 5 years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Sales of B2C companies
Previous experience in a global or regional headquarter organization is beneficial
Leadership experience
Professional experience with building materials and/or adhesives are beneficial
Excellent English language skills
High analytical capabilities
Drive, Determination to achieve with high result orientation
