Your role

Responsibility for supporting the organization of Henkel's patent portfolio review process by preparing the agenda, collecting information, inviting relevant stakeholders and summarizing the decisions
Collaboration with Strategic IP Management and international Patent Decision Teams
Maintenance and evaluation of IP portfolio-Product relations and corresponding sales impact
Responsibility for analyzing the Henkel Adhesives Innovation Pipeline with respect to Intellectual Property Rights
Ad-hoc analysis & reporting
Translating analyses into PowerPoint presentations

Your skills

University education
Pro-active, open minded person with high organizational skills and the ability to interact with contacts at all levels in an international environment
At least 1 year of previous experience in reporting and analysis related tasks preferred
Fluent in English is a MUST
Willingness to work intensively with IT systems (Business Intelligence Solutions, OLAP Tools, Databases, Excel, Reporting Applications)
Basic understanding of patents is a plus
Strategic analytical thinking
