Your role

Active participation on new IT project, consisting of business application support (SAP and other related tools)
Project management support of business owner organization and building up the specialization in different supply chain fields
Testing of new process templates
End users training and first contact ticket routing for user issues
Data tracking, and process quality monitoring and reporting
Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
Participation at exciting projects from an international environment
Dynamic and fast growing team

Your skills

University degree in relevant field (Logistics, Engineering, IT, Economics…)
At least 2 years of experience in project management/ SAP support, or business process expert area
Excellent level of English
German language as an advantage
Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
Thorough knowledge of SAP – preferable one of the modules (MP, QM, MM, PM)
Good understanding of operations business processes
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Communication and interpersonal skills – service orientation
Versatile and adaptable to changes
Team player and positive individual
Willingness to travel
