Your role

Planning and scheduling of European transports at minimal costs considering business & legal rules and capacity utilization
Carrier assignments & follow-up
Ensure communication to local transport coordinator during planning process
Triggering of carriers’ billing process based on closed Proof of Deliveries (POD)
Follow-up with carrier in case of non-closed POD
Reviewing and proposals of improvements on transport planning scope
Cooperation with other departments to ensure the quality of master data and customer satisfaction

Your skills

Higher education, or University degree with relevant background
min. 1-2 years of experience in area of transport planning, logistics, freight forwarding
Active level of English and intermediate level of Spanish language
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with any TMS tool as an advantage
Reliable, communicative, positive, quick learner with attention to detail
Motivated team player, willing to learn and continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of transport planning
Flexible for travelling (in the initial phase of project)
