Your role
- Preparation and set-up of sourcing events in online tool (e-tenders and e-auctions)
- Administrative support of online tool
- Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the sourcing event
- Preparation of reports on e-sourcing activities
- Verifying and cross-check of data consistency and data correctness before distributing reports
- Supporting regional stakeholders in middle office tasks such as tender preparation, gathering of documentation, communication with internal stakeholders, project follow up and analysis, etc.
Your skills
- University or College education
- 1-2 years of experience in e-sourcing or similar position, preferably in a Shared Service Center set up
- Knowledge of English language on active level is a MUST, German language is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint are required
- SAP, programming languages and MS Access is an advantage
- Analytical ability to understand the process environment
- Interest to work with data, data structures and figures
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details
