Your role

Become an expert in HR reporting with usage of different HR tools and systems
Daily communication with the headquarter in providing and establishing HR reporting data
Supporting our business units in reporting requirements
Supporting new HR initiatives and being an active part in the implementation and improvement of new projects in the Data Management / Contact Center team
Work in a fast growing HR team with possibility to improve and develop your analytical, controlling and reporting skills

Your skills

Advanced level (in verbal and written form) in English is a MUST; knowledge of German language is an advantage
Excellent PC skills - advanced level of Excel is a MUST, experience with SAP is an advantage
Open minded, self-reliant, customer-oriented, capable to handle difficult and often pressurized situations
Excellent communication, organizational and process related skills
Flexible person, able to work independently and within the team
Analytical person, details oriented with desire for continuous process improvement
