Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will take over the full accounting tasks regarding Slovakia and Czech Republic. In this role you will report directly and give administrative support to Central-East Controller. The countries in this region are: Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Slovenia. Kyocera provides you sufficient opportunities to acquire SAP knowledge (in particular the financial module) on a high level.

The responsibilities of the Financial Accountant are:
• Collecting, scanning and posting of accounts payable invoices via Invoice Scanning System;
• Daily booking of the bank and petty cash;
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivables and support dunning procedures;
• Completing AR Aging reports;
• Daily contact with supporting entities;
• Contact with Audit companies if necessary;
• Supporting payroll activities;
• Supporting Financial Controller and local teams during month end reporting & financial statements
• Completing and submitting tax reports and other declarations (VAT, Waste report etc.) to Slovakian and Czech authorities
• Other finance-related operational and administrative tasks.

• Being registered accountant is not necessary, but is an advantage;
